How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Delivery takes 1–3 business days via Sameday. For orders over 250 lei, shipping is free. Below this threshold, delivery costs 15 lei for locker (Sameday Easybox) and 20 lei via courier to your address.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. For cash on delivery payments, a fee of 5 lei is added, which is displayed at checkout.
How do I track my package?

Returns
Can I return the products?
Yes, you have 14 days to make a return. Complete the return form, and we will send you shipping instructions. Full details, including the cost of the return, are in our Return Policy.

Where are the products manufactured?
IconLash products are manufactured in Latvia (European Union) by a natural cosmetics producer.
How can I verify the COSMOS NATURAL certification?
All IconLash formulas are certified COSMOS NATURAL by ECOCERT Greenlife, according to the COSMOS standard, available at ecocert.com. The COSMOS NATURAL logo also appears on the box of every product.
Do they contain harsh ingredients?
The formulas are COSMOS NATURAL certified, a standard that only accepts certain ingredients and prohibits, among others, parabens and genetically modified ingredients. The full list of ingredients (INCI) can be found on each product page.
Are they suitable for sensitive eyes and eyelash extensions?
The mascara is suitable for daily eyelash makeup. If you have sensitive eyes, check the ingredient list and discontinue use if discomfort occurs. If you have eyelash extensions, ask your technician which products you can use: the biphasic makeup remover contains an oil phase, and oils can weaken the extension adhesive.
How long can I use the mascara after opening?
The mascara should be used within 6 months of opening.
How is the mascara removed?
Gently, without aggressive rubbing. Apply a makeup remover suitable for the eye area to a cotton pad, let it sit for a few seconds, then wipe gently. You can use the IconLash biphasic makeup remover.
How do I use the caffeine gel?
Apply a small amount to clean skin or mix 1–3 drops into your face or eye cream. Let the product absorb before applying makeup and avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Can I use the exfoliator on my body too?
Yes, the kojic acid exfoliator can be used on the face and body. Apply it to damp skin, massage gently, and rinse. Avoid the eye area.

Who is behind the brand?
The IconLash story began in Ireland, in the salon of Cristina, a specialist in PMU and lamination techniques. Cristina won the Lamination and Powder Brows categories at the international Brow World competition. In Romania, the store is operated by MISTERPOX S.R.L. (VAT ID: 53141400).
